Dark Centauri is a UK rock and metal project created by Suffolk-based musician and composer Adam James Wakeling, combining heavy, guitar-driven music with cinematic storytelling.
Drawing on a background that spans instrumental rock and metal, orchestral composition and music for theatre, Adam brings these influences together in Dark Centauri to create music with a distinctly cinematic edge.
But Dark Centauri extends beyond the music itself. Inspired by mythology, psychology and the human condition, its songs and visuals explore a connected world of characters, stories and ideas where the boundaries between myth, madness and time begin to blur.
